Please note:

You must power cycle your cable modem to get the new speeds. Unplug the small black power cord (it looks like a cell phone charger), wait 15 seconds and plug it back in. Wait another 30 seconds for the modem to sync with the system. You will now be provisioned to get the new speeds.

Please note your experience may vary. Older computers, routes and cable modems may be too slow to take full advantage of the new speeds. Other factors can also impact your experience.
