Use of Net-Venture Internet Service:

The service may be used for legal activities only. Any activity in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or statutes, including but not limited to: transmission or hosting of copyrighted material, threats, libel, slander, harassment, unauthorized access to any computers or processes on the Internet/network, spamming, and spreading of viruses, acting as a open mail relay is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination without notice.

The service is provided to the customer as is, without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the service is assumed by the customer. Net-Venture disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Due to the shared topology of cable modem service neither Net-Venture nor Click! Network can guarantee uptime, bandwidth speeds or throughput on cable modem services. Download and upload rates may vary based on many factors. No refunds will be given for downtime or system outages.

In no event shall Net-Venture be liable for any direct, consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, interruption of service, or loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Net-Venture has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a backup of any data that is hosted on Net-Venture servers. Net-Venture will not provide backup services for any customer data.

Security and Virus Protection:

|
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide protection of their computers and network against Internet attacks, spam, and viruses. Furthermore it is the responsibility of the customer to prevent spreading viruses on the Internet.

|
|
Net-Venture does not monitor or filter any Internet sites, nor does it offer any kind of adult or content screening. If content screening is desired, it is the responsibility of the end user to acquire such screening.

|
|
The customer shall agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Net-Venture its principals, agents, subcontractors, and employees, from any claims and expenses, arising out of or related to customer's use of the service.

|
|
Net-Venture reserves the right to change pricing and packages. Current pricing and packages will be displayed on the Net-Venture web site.

Updates to Terms and Conditions:

Net-Venture reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions and billing policies without notice. Use this page as a reference to current billing policies.
