The body shell is removed in this view of the right side of the chassis. The main power fuse is behind a gray shield at left center and the main power magnetic contactor switch is located just to the right of the fuse. The fuse was intentionally blown to shut off drive motor power at the end of each speed run and replaced before the next run. The main battery box, containing 126 of the 180 cells, is above the fuse and contactor. Note size of the cable connecting the fuse and main contactor.
