1. To access the Basic Setup configuration screens, follow these instructions:
Open the Web browser. In the address bar enter: http://192.168.0.1 then press Enter on the keyboard.

2. Choose Setup / Configuration
|
|
|
3. Click Begin Basic Setup
|
|
|
4. Make sure all connections are correct and click Next.
|
|
5. Make sure the following options are set:- Are you an MSN user? NO
- PPPoA
- PPP auto connect
Have the customer type in their user name and password, then click Save & Apply.
Once their modem finishes rebooting they should come online. If they do not, please refer to the troubleshooting section.
