Configure Outlook 2002-2003 to leave a copy of your email on the server
Configuring this option will allow you to access your email using more than one mail client, like Outlook and online through our Web Mail.

This is especially helpful if you want to check your email from different locations, like home, and work.

Please note, you will encounter errors if you have a mail client and Web Mail open simultaneously. Only one of them can access your server side mailbox at a time.

1. Click Tools, then E-mail Accounts.
2. Choose View or change existing e-mail accounts, then click Next.
3. Highlight your account and click Change.
4. Click More Settings.
5. On the new window click the Advanced Tab, at the bottom, under Delivery check the following boxes:
  • Leave a copy of messages on server
  • Remove from server after X days
Setting the number of days to a small number will keep your mailbox on our server from going over it's allowed quota.

If your mailbox goes over quota, it will cause new messages to bounce back to the sender.
